Das ist Werbung. Nexus nimmt an dem Werbe-Programm von Zanox-Affliliate teil, das wiederum über Google Ads verteilt wird. Die Warnung kommt möglicherweise daher, dass die Ziel-Adresse "falsch" ist. Theoretisch kannst du auf das hellblaue X klicken und dann diese Werbung melden, wenn sie dir unseriös erscheint und sie an Google melden.
