Hello, I'm here to submit a "little" bugreport about the "Shipmod - Warships 1.0.0.7_4" for the addon Venice.
I downloaded that using the Anno 1404 modification manager 4.0.3.3.
Using the English language, a lot of tooltips, titles and descriptions are missing.
Especially:
>>> In the building menu
* In the Pirates shipyard: the title is missing because in guids.xml a new row must be inserted with the number 38003
* In the Improved shipyard: the title is missing because in guids.xml the number is wrong: 38000 instead of 38002
* In the Venice shipyard: the whole tooltip is missing because in properties.xml <Military><Buildings><Item><BuildButtonTooltip> the number is 132544 instead of 132541
Probably in tt_normal.txt, for the numbers 10132541 , 10132543 and 10135500 the row

must be added to get a correct tooltip, but I'm not sure about that. I added them and all is fine and perfectly working.
>>> In the civil shipyard
* Averange trading ship: the whole tooltip is missing because in tt_normal.txt the row with the tooltip number 10157480 is missing.
>>> In the navy shipyard
* Averange war ship: the whole tooltip is missing because in tt_normal.txt the row with the tooltip number 10157481 is missing.
>>> In the Improved shipyard:
* Improved war ship: the whole tooltip is missing because in tt_normal.txt the row with the tooltip number 10157486 double. The correct number is 10157487.
About the textures:
In game, not only the ships textures mus be included in the Data2.rda, but also the Hanseatic shipyard must be included in that file, otherwise you get a grey building in the game.
Just a suggestion: the German language is good for you in Germany, but at least a better documentation would be nice: the English one is really poor.
To conclude: I cannot submit the English modified files because I have not edited them: I only did the work on Italian ones. If you want, I can send the modified files for the Italian language, to be included in the mod (and also a translation of the documentation).
P.S. A little question:
Why, having all files needed in the Anno 1404 folder, if i edit the "engine.ini" file, just to change the language in german, in game I have no written parts at all and after i quit the game in the same file i have a row like <LanguageTAG>ToolData</LanguageTAG> ?
Thank you anyway for the mod, is really nice
