campagne islands for continuous game

Hello all,
i know this is a german forum i don't speak it so well, so sorry about that.

I am looking for the island of Tuckingham used in mission 3 by Guy Forcas.
because i would like to build these islands the way they where but under my control, but i can't find many of the used islands.
could anyone please say if it is possible to get those islands and yes how?

The island i mean is island 3.
